We are a local company from the Staffordshire Moorlands established for over 25 years.
We have hundreds of satisfied customers throughout Leek, Biddulph, the Staffordshire Moorlands, Peak Park, Derbyshire, Stoke on Trent and as far a field as Germany and Switzerland.
Specialising in residential work including refurbishments, re-models, Kitchens & Bathrooms, Barn conversions, Extensions, Lime render and lime plastering specialists. We work with the National trust in around the Derbyshire Peak district National Park.
From a single plastered room to a full house rebuild or renovation we will complete the job on time and on budget.

Barn Conversion

The Barn was attached to the main property. We converted it into a large kitchen, seperate utility, adjoining room and fabulous room above. Although the client wanted a modern look we carefully maintained and left exposed the original timbers. A modern staircase provided access to the room above.

A bedroom and living area re-model.Wall removal and lintel installation with inbuilt wardrobes and storage.

Bedroom/ Living area

Bedroom Living area with high quality graded engineered flooring complete with lots of storage. Not wanting to compromise the room space with wardrobes etc we intended the storage to become part of the structure. Plenty of lighting added to the overall result.


A Lounge and dining area with a walk round fireplace and hidden LED lighting.

Quite an open plan design, we removed the internal wall and added a walk round fireplace which become the central feature. Hidden lightning in the inset ceiling gave the room a very special feeling. During the day the light flooded into the whole area through the large patio doors and windows.

Multi height ceiling

One of several feature ceilings set at different heights and shapes. Constructed from timber and plasterboard. They were made to hide an array of hidden and visible Led lighting. Part of the property was a gallery, the end result was very minimal, clean and sharp.

A Double Garage conversion converted into a Dining room and cloakroom.

Garage Conversion

A double garage conversion in progress, a lowered ceiling and insulated walls ready for plastering. A bay window to the front completed the first stage. A cloakroom was constructed (not visible) to provide a seperate private entrance to the property.

Ground floor apartment conversion

Originally a single storey apartment. We converted it into a 3 storey luxury abode. Opening up walls and creating doorways. A modern flat gloss slab kitchen with beautiful black rose design panel, touch sensitive entertainment system and lighting completed the project.

A room studded out ready to recieve plasterboard and by plastered on an existing timber framed building.

Framed room Extension

A framed and insulated room ready for plasterboard and second fix. This was a second floor addition to a timber framed building. Relatively straight forward to construct it provided a great extra room for our client.

A huge loft conversion, plasterboarded/ dry lined and taped ready for decoration and second fix.

Dry Lining & Tape

A large loft conversion with many insecting roof beams, all taped and jointed ready to accept paint. Other alternatives would have been to skim the whole area rolling the angles into each to provide a very organic room. Sharp angles and corners were specified as part of the design.
